This is all about creating a sustainable and balanced approach towards your nutrition and being able to incorporate all your favourite foods while staying on track with your goals.
Guys... while you can technically hit your macros and calories by only eating naughty foods like chocolate, pizza, ice cream etc. It is most definitely not the answer, nor will it make you feel good or have enough energy to sustain the lifestyle you want to create. Remember.. food is fuel! We want to look good & feel good. The idea is to consume nutritious, filling, and satisfying foods whilst making room for those yummy foods too! I like to live by the 80/20 rule!
